About me
From IT project management to backend development, a deliberate career shift.
Before writing code, I managed 15 to 20 concurrent projects on IBMi/AS400 systems at Ayvens, in banking. I could have kept going, but I wanted to build things rather than manage them. That background still matters: I know how to scope requirements, talk to business teams, and tell what's realistic from what isn't.
Agile Methodology
Hands-on Scrum experience from my project management years: facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standup, retrospective), writing user stories, backlog management with the PO. Comfortable participating actively in product discussions, not just executing tickets.
Fullstack Developer — HITPART
